Huck Medical is satisfying a growing need in an estimated $512 billion global market to support medical device manufacturing, which is growing at a rate of 8% year on year. The primary focus is to discover, develop, manufacture, and deploy innovative new products and product innovations to market.

AMPC is engaged in various strategic and business development activities, such as building corporate business structure, connecting to capital resources, engineering partnerships, and promoting and marketing the organization, assessing potential business opportunities and reviewing newly discovered innovations born out of research institutions, medical hospital and health systems and in-market partners.

MitraGen is a privately held cardiovascular device company developing minimally invasive or Trans-catheter Mitral Valve Repair (TMVR) technologies for the treatment of mitral regurgitation (MR).  Mitral regurgitation is the most common heart valve disease, is closely associated with congestive heart failure (CHF) impacting 3-4 times more patients than aortic valve disease.

We assisted MitraGen in capital funding activities, and the introduction and facilitation of business development activities in the following areas: marketing, sales, organization and management development. We facilitated introductions to suppliers, physicians, clinician, clinical trial professionals, and go-to-market channel distribution partners. We created relationships between MitraGen, hospitals, and health providers focused on cardiovascular surgery and cardiac catheter lab procedures. 

BetterIV is an innovative new catheter created by Doctor James T Rawls. for the purpose of improving patient care and safety.

The BetterIV catheter is a very simple, elegant, and innovative new product in the Interventional Access healthcare space. Its technology allows the IV catheter to flex into whatever position is best without kinking and poisoning, making for a much lower IV catheter profile that lowers potential for failure while significantly increasing patient comfort; saving time and money.

AMPC spearheaded the commercialization process and bringing the product to the market. AMPC assisted in the development and engineering of the prototype to minimally viable product for market adoption. Completed the nine structural and functional areas of the business model and plan. AMPC aligned the necessary partnerships and joint ventures, solicitation of key opinion leaders, and distribution channel partners for success. We helped design the internal support structures and built out the company's functional operation and commercial teams. We helped design and monitor the quality and regulatory functions, staff, go-to-market sales marketing, and business development activities to attract in-market commercial exit partners.

Brookhaven Medical is a diversified developer, manufacturer, and marketer of medical device products and technologies. 

AMPC was involved in a collaborative effort to take FutureMatrix products to international markets. AMPC consulted FutureMatrix on operational and manufacturing efficiencies and improvements, including regulatory and quality assurance of their manufacturing process. Implementing LEAN, 6-sigma, and KAIZEN manufacturing process into FutureMatrix product lines, AMPC eliminated waste and increased production efficiencies and profits.  

Industrial Polaris is a Healthcare manufacturing company of medical kits, disposables, and personal protection products.

AMPC has worked with Industrial Polaris throughout the past four years, creating numerous partnerships with U.S. 

manufacturing companies expanding their markets to Mexico and South America. AMPC helped Industrial Polaris upstate its first antimicrobial antiseptic manufacturing line to vertically integrate their kitting operations to include antiseptic products. AMPC played a key role in the locating and acquiring an automated kitting assembly system allowing Industrial Polaris to become significantly more efficient in its operations and thereby more competitive in the Mexican Healthcare markets. AMPC currently assists Industrial Polaris in business development and sales.

FutureMatrix Interventional designs and manufactures life improving and life saving disposable balloon catheter and urological stent devices. Specialized in extrusion and balloon molding.

Irrimax is a wound irrigation medical device company,
focused on reducing surgical site infections.

AMPC provided a functional assessment of executive management, sales, clinical operations alignment and reorganized Irrimax Sales and Clinical market approach. AMPC developed key corporate initiatives to align the companies functional areas in order to accelerate profitable growth, from which AMPC assists Irrimax in international business channel development, distributor partner selection, and evolving sales efforts within the healthcare systems of Mexico. AMPC engagement has also contributed to more than two million dollars in capital funds.

Aplicare is a U.S. Company that manufactures topical skin antiseptics, antimicrobials, and Class I + II dressing change and procedural kits. Aplicare has facilities in Connecticut & West Virginia, and is recognized as a premier company in the fight against hospital acquired infection.

AMPC worked hand-in-hand with the BOD, CEO, CFO, VP Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing business units to engineer a marketing and sales turn around, accelerating growth from $25 million to $54 million in three years.
Todd Whitson along with AMPC team members – Chip Chapados (Operations & Manufacturing) and Greg Art (Project Management and New Product Development) – increased Aplicare's net value three fold, positioning the company as a leading player in the infection prevention healthcare arena, later followed by a profitable and successful strategic exit.  

ieCrowd is a business development company made up of experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, and business leaders that work with research universities and hospitals to identify innovative products, develop these new products, and take them to market with
global partners.

AMPC participated in a capital fund raising campaign of more than two million dollars. AMPC provided council on the discovery of new innovative medical device product development opportunities, the organization of new product development processes and project management, and development of international in market partners in both U.S. and O.U.S. health care industries.

Alsava is an International Private Equity Fund Corporation. Alsava is actively seeking investments in U.S. medical device and healthcare companies.

AMPC acted as the managing director of U.S. investments for Alsava Corp. Our role was to identify potential opportunities for potential partnership engagements and investments in the U.S. based medical devise and product entities. We regularly provided operational assessments and due diligence of potential engagements. AMPC played a key role in subsequent business development activities designed to increase business performance, accelerate growth, act as a conduit of communications, increasing value and reducing potential risk.

The Georgia Technical Institute of Technology (ATDC) - Advanced Technology Development Center - provides business incubation and acceleration services to hundreds of technology entrepreneurs
and startups. 

AMPC acts in a mentoring capacity to serve as an experienced and functional industry expert to assist newly formed entities develop and formulate their business, and provide connections in the market place and community. AMPC teachings specialize in Health Medical and Life Sciences, offering several seminar courses such as Sales Skills for CEO’s, Leadership for CEO’s, and Selling in the U.S. & O.U.S Health Care Arenas. 

The (GCMI) Global Center for Medical Innovation; is an independent, non-profit organization that gathers together clinicians, early-stage companies, established device companies, investors, research centers, universities, and key players in the medical device community to accelerate the commercialization of new innovative medical technology.

Regarded as industry experts within the Healthcare arena and commercial markets thereof, AMPC assists in the commercialization of GCMI’s project companies connecting companies to markets-market segments, in-market partners, capital funding-funding partners, as well as offer assistance in strategic and tactical go-to-market planning.
